It’s been a long time coming and i have to admit i should have listened to everyone's advice when they told me to put down the tagboard. Lo and behold i’ve seen the light and i’m officially taking it down. Hehe. And i feel its one the best decisions i’ve ever made. Lol. I dunmind criticism of my service or product etc..and i still accept feedbacks from you all especially if its bad ones (u can leave comments on my post by signing in. or email me whatever u feel is best) cause that helps me improve and i take it constructively to my advantage..but when it comes to all the arguing and talking about other blogs promoting other blogs on my turf dats when it gets abit too over the limit for me to handle..i am human after all..i’m not a machine i’m not a robot..i have feelings~ and i feel ashamed not for myself but for how people from other places would end up portraying us as Bruneians by reading it all. No good will come to anyone of us by dissing and putting others down. We should have better moral values than that. As a Bruneian to see the amount of other creative people like me out there..im proud~ and i think everyone should feel the same..and instead of putting all of us down u should support us..if u dunlike what we offer then you are most welcome to go to the ones u like..its ur choice after all..and plus it gives you all more choices..i dun see how u guys can’t take that as a beneficial thing. So please respect other people’s feelings..we are just doing what we love for a living. This is my source of income and i put in alot of my hard earned money, time and effort doing it just like everyone else. But for those who have been supporting and very understanding..you guys are the best..and to know they are people like you all no doubt in my mind that Brunei still has hope for a better productive future..and one day we can be just as good as other countries. ;) hehe.
And now to clear the air about emailing. Please understand that we don’t only receive your email..we receive a ton of emails per day..atleast a page- a page & a half per day..and each one smtimes with different questions etc..so it takes time for us to answer some emails at times. (and my assistant is a student so she doesn’t cm by everyday and some emails she can’t answer herself and need me to tell her what to answer so she can’t do it on her own time) And we hv to do a first come first serve basis..so if u emailed us js few mins ago or even ystrday dun expect a reply straight away..as im not on the computer most of the time..most of my time is focused on baking and decorating to the point that i work throughout the night..and take short naps in between work. and also please if u dun receive a reply from us in 2 days..den please notify us..with ur email intact. Txt me or leave a comment on here. Eg. “Dis is my email..i emailed u an order..please check to see if u’ve receive it. Thanks. “ that would help us notice if we’ve missed a mail or so on..cuz i realy duno how sm ppl dun rcv a reply from us at all..cz evrytime i luk thru my email all of them has a replied arrow on it except for the new ones..so yea please notify us with ur email add so we cn search for it and see what happened dat u didn’t receive a reply from us. So yea it would help us all by doing dat..so we can process ur order and so on. And also the reason i ask for advance of atleast 1-2 weeks notice is so that we get to ur email in time..and also just cause u did order 2 weeks before doesnt mean confirmed i would be able tot ake ur order cause if someone else has ordered earlier than you in the same date you want there’s nothing i can do about it (p.s i do get really advance booking for eg. i hv dates booked in for December)..so yea some people actually do book very much ahead so as i sed before it is a first come first serve basis. And i do only have two hands so i do have limits on decorated orders per day..but for basic cupcakes i can do almost anytime just so u guys know.. hehe. But decorated i hv to limit as those are the most time consuming thing to do.:D
And also i will be doing a revamp of the site soon when i get to find smtime in my schedule for a long break and then der wuld be order forms which u culd use as a template when u place an order. It would include order pick up date, pick up time, flavour, amount, design wanted etc. Which i think hopefully would shorten the time for ordering waiting for reply back and forth. As all details needed is oredy made in dat one email. So we’ll see how dat goes nanti. Hehe..other than that. Well yea..i just wated to clear that out..and wish everyone a nice day.

Important Customer Notice
To Make an Order please email your full details according to "how to make an order" sample below, and send it to email@example.com. Please email us in advance for decorated orders as it takes awhile to get to each email from various customers, and answer questions,discuss designs etc. plus i need advance notice to work out your order into my schedule and work around other orders as well. bear in mind i work alone so orders per day are limited.
we will try to respond to your email asap but do expect atleast 3-4days at times depending on how much emails we get at times. your emails will be responded back by my assistant momo. but i try to find time after im done doing orders to check on emails too.
As im usualy working doing decorations, baking etc, i sometimes miss calls, and i get so many txts coming in its hard to keep track of them which is why i recommend emailing me as its easier to organize and search and i have a record of your email orders.
or better yet if you find both emailing or Through phone hard, you can drop by my house to place an order (quite a number of customers have done this and its my most preferred method easier to discuss n confirm everything in one time) just set up an appointment with me.
as for basic cupcakes/cakes or other desserts i sell that requires no fancy decorating. (wordings are excluded as fancy) atleast a minimum of few hours or a day in advance notice is required, in this case msging or calling will be entertained.
