Important Customer Notice

To Make an Order please email your full details according to "how to make an order" sample below, and send it to citscakes@live.com. Please email us in advance for decorated orders as it takes awhile to get to each email from various customers, and answer questions,discuss designs etc. plus i need advance notice to work out your order into my schedule and work around other orders as well. bear in mind i work alone so orders per day are limited.

we will try to respond to your email asap but do expect atleast 3-4days at times depending on how much emails we get at times. your emails will be responded back by my assistant momo. but i try to find time after im done doing orders to check on emails too.

As im usualy working doing decorations, baking etc, i sometimes miss calls, and i get so many txts coming in its hard to keep track of them which is why i recommend emailing me as its easier to organize and search and i have a record of your email orders.

or better yet if you find both emailing or Through phone hard, you can drop by my house to place an order (quite a number of customers have done this and its my most preferred method easier to discuss n confirm everything in one time) just set up an appointment with me.

as for basic cupcakes/cakes or other desserts i sell that requires no fancy decorating. (wordings are excluded as fancy) atleast a minimum of few hours or a day in advance notice is required, in this case msging or calling will be entertained.

Mini round decorated cake for wedding giveaways~

This is one of my most tiring orders ever. just imagine round mini chocolate cakes which i dun hv pans for it so i have to shape and cut it out from a large sheet cake, den layer with ganache den cover with fondant and decorate each one with different themes. craaazyyy i tell you. but fun! and best of all end result was beautiful goes well with the wedding cake. and i'm loving the packaging too. wouldn't u love to receive this as a gift at a wedding. noiceee~ but i wouldn't have been able to get it all done without help from my dearest friends you know who you are. so yea i dunno if i'd wanna take orders like this again. its too much work for one person to decorate n cover all cakes! but then again i enjoyed it so i just might. so if your looking for wedding giveaways holler at me. just tell me what u want and will come up with a theme/design for you. price will vary according to what u want in terms of flavor, design and packaging. :D

Wedding weekend hectic~

Yes its been awhile since i've posted anything. due to internet problems. i always get error trying to upload photos even when i've resized them all. thanks to my dearest brother and his PS3 online playing. Anyhoos this are from november. yes quite way back now. Did a friend's wedding plus other orders so rather hectic. Gona post up some photos of behind the scenes of that week. had decorated cupcake orders, a 3 tiered elmo cake, a teachers day cake, about 300 mini round decorated cakes boxed and ribbon-ed, and a 5 tiered wedding cake. phew~ hectic much. but it was fun. and thanks to my dearest friends who came to help me with the packaging of them 300 mini giveaway cakes. enjoy the behind the scenes photos. next up will be the finished products. :D

Tiffany & Co Themed Cupcakes~

Tiffany & Co Themed cupcakes. Using the signature Tiffany color as base..and of course not forgetting the white signature bow. Also Did some monogrammed..with bride & Groom's Initials in white..and a piped bow on top to go along with the theme. The ones with the handmade sugarpaste bow is my favorite even tho they're the most time consuming! :S ..but at the end of the day they looked so cute..an array of tiffany boxes, tho in this case they're round and edible~ :)

How to make an Order

As stated above, orders are taken via email only. In the email please leave the following details:

1. Type of Order (e.g. cakes/ cupcakes/etc)

2. Flavour of cake or cupcake

3. Size/Quantity/amount of ppl to be served

4. Theme/Colour/Design if applicable

5. Your Budget

6. Occasion

7. Date & time of Collection

8. Name (pls state first & last name) and Contact no.

Pick up Point:

Spg 603, No. 12, Jln Pasir Berakas

(the simpang is right after the shell station)

Payment Accepted:

a) HSBC Cash Deposit

b) Cash Payment upon collection of orders (deposits may be required few days before collection date)

Other Desserts

Asides from Cakes and Cupcakes, Cit's Cakes offer you a few others:

Chocolate pudding - cake-like pudding with a gooey chocolatey centre perfect served warm with icecream.

$5 per tray (requires baking time, instructions will be provided)

Churros - portugese fried doughnuts

$2 for 4 pcs (minimum order is $10) price includes two dipping sauce homemade dulce de leche and thick chocolate sauce.

Peanut Blossom- peanut butter cookies topped with a hershey kiss. can u resist this? nyuumyy!

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies (200g)

The Cakes

Basic cake decorations are covered on my cakes, however I am able to expand on the decorations to your preference stated in the order at an extra cost. I specialize in novelty cakes, 3D cakes and much more, which can be viewed here

~ Chocolate - chocolate cake filled/layered with chocolate ganache

~ Raspberry Chocolate - moist chocolate cake filled/layered with choco ganache and cits special homemade raspberry filling.

~ Lemon- lemon cake filled with lemon curd and lemon mousseline.

~ Strawberry - fresh strawberry cake filled/layered with fresh strawberry buttercream (subject to availability of fresh strawberries)

~ Red Velvet - a light chocolate flavored velvety cake filled/layered with cream cheese frosting

~ Victoria sponge - moist vanilla sponge filled/layered with jam and vanilla buttercream.
~Epic Rainbow Cake - Moist Vanilla flavored cake layered in different colors with a smooth swiss meringue buttercream.

The Cupcakes

*flavors that has a ' * ' in front of them requires a minimum amount of a dozen per order. ones without requires minimum order of 1/2 dozen. price below is only applicable for minimum order of a dozen or half a dozen according to flavor.

~Vanilla bean- fluffy vanilla bean cupcake topped with a vanilla bean buttercream

$18 per dozen

~Chocolate- Chocolate cupcake topped with a chocolate buttercream

~Peanut butter- reminiscent of a Reese's peanut butter cups, its a chocolate cupcake topped with a peanut butter frosting.

~Red Velvet- A velvety red tinted light chocolate cake topped with a swirl of cream cheese buttercream.

~Cookies & Cream- Oreo based cupcakes topped with a cream cheese buttercream and sprinkled in crushed Oreo.

~Dulce De Leche- caramel based cupcakes filed with dulce de leche syrup topped with cream cheese and a dulce de leche drizzle

~ Malt- Malt cupcakes baked with maltesers pieces topped with a chocolate malt frosting

~ *AppleDoodle- apple cinnamon cupcake with Maple cream cheese frosting

~ *Peanut Butter & Jelly Cupcakes- vanilla cupcake with a grape jelly filling topped with a peanut butter frosting

~ *Salted Caramel chocolate- chocolate cupcake filled with salted caramel filling topped with caramel buttercream and carmel drizzle

Citscakes takes orders for basic cupcakes everyday, but flavors are subject to availibilty* don't hesitate to inquire what flavors are available for the day you would like to pick up order. :D

A minimum of 1 week advance notice is required for this service.

The price may fluctuate according to the flavor, design and size of the desired item.

Each order is unique and custom made for your needs. The final price will be quoted once the discussion is confirmed for the order of your item.

availabity depends on my order schedule for the day as I have a maximum quota for decorated orders per day.
